GAMEBANK

Privacy Policy

This notice explains how GameBank handles information on gamebank.biz: ordinary site activity, messages you send GameBank directly, and a separate handoff for loan requests, which moves on through LeadsGate and providers in that network.

GameBank is not a lender. A provider or other independent company in that flow can have its own privacy notice and its own legal duties.

When this text was revised

October 31, 2026. The practices below describe the site as it works on that date.

What this policy covers

It covers the GameBank website and information GameBank handles to run that site. Once a participating provider, lender, network, or other independent company receives information, that company’s own privacy notice applies. This page does not take the place of that notice, including after you leave the part of the experience GameBank controls.

Once information is in an independent company’s hands, that company’s notice can govern what it does with the information.

Technical data from a normal visit

Like most sites, gamebank.biz can generate technical data needed to deliver pages, keep the site secure, diagnose errors, and see whether pages load. Depending on the tools involved, that can include network or IP-related information, browser and device details, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, requested URLs, and technical events tied to the visit.

Hosting, security, content-delivery, or infrastructure vendors may process some of that data while they provide their services. This technical trail is separate from what you type into a loan-request form.

Email you send to GameBank

If you write to contact@gamebank.biz, GameBank receives the contents of that message, including your email address and whatever you choose to include.

Use that address for questions about GameBank, page content, technical problems, or privacy requests. Do not email a Social Security number, bank login, password, full loan application, or other highly sensitive financial data.

A question about a provider account, a repayment, a funding decision, or a contract you accepted belongs with that provider.

The short form and the provider handoff

GameBank’s short request form starts the provider process. It may hold supported values — the amount you requested, your email address, and the last four digits the provider flow asks for — in browser memory for that step.

GameBank keeps one non-sensitive record per lead. That record contains the lead id, the time it was created, a status (started, submitted, sold, or rejected), the U.S. state, the requested amount, the sale price if the lead is sold, the Microsoft click id, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, the landing page, and the referring domain. It does not contain a name, email address, phone number, Social Security number, date of birth, street address, bank or account number, income, employer, or IP address.

Supported values move from the browser into the LeadsGate and provider flow. After they reach LeadsGate, a participating provider, or another independent party, that party may collect, use, keep, verify, or disclose information under its own notice and legal duties. GameBank starts the request on its site and does not control every system that may touch the request afterward.

How GameBank uses information it actually holds

Information GameBank handles directly may be used to run and maintain the site, limit abuse, fix technical problems, answer questions and privacy requests, keep the provider integration working, and see whether public pages behave as intended.

Hosting, infrastructure, and security vendors may process ordinary technical records as needed to operate the site. GameBank does not use its own backend as a database of the short-form loan-request values described above.

Analytics and advertising measurement

GameBank uses measurement tools to operate and evaluate public pages. Loan-request values typed into the short form are not meant to be sent by GameBank to analytics tools. Site analytics stay separate from application details such as an email address or an SSN-related value. Companies in the provider flow may run their own measurement, fraud checks, attribution, or tracking under their own terms.

On an ordinary visit, GameBank loads the following tools on the first page view. GameBank is a request and referral service, not a lender.

  • Microsoft Advertising (UET), tag 187281961. GameBank uses it to measure advertising clicks and conversions, including the actions application_started, application_submitted, and lead_sold. It can also be used for remarketing. It may set cookies named _uetsid, _uetvid, and _uetmsclkid. A Microsoft click id in the page address (msclkid) may be stored in this browser’s session storage for that visit and passed to the provider form as a click id.
  • Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-SEJ99K4NR4. GameBank uses it to measure page visits and how the site is used. It also records application_started, application_submitted, and lead_sold. Each event sends the event name. For lead_sold, Google Analytics also receives the sale price, the currency (USD), and the lead id as a transaction id so the same sale is not counted twice. If the provider form already contains a two-letter U.S. state code, that code may be included. These events do not include a name, email address, phone number, Social Security number, date of birth, street address, bank information, income, employer, or IP address. Google may set its own analytics cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity, project yzkxe60x8v. GameBank uses it for session recording and heatmaps. Short-form fields and the participating-provider form are marked so their contents are masked. Clarity may set its own cookies.

Advertising storage for these tools stays on unless this browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or you use the opt-out on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. That choice is stored in this browser. With advertising storage off, the tools may still send cookieless measurement. Google Analytics site measurement, including those conversion events, and Clarity session recording may continue.

Some U.S. state privacy laws use “sale” and “sharing” for certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The footer link and the opt-out on that page turn off advertising storage in this browser. This notice describes that control. It does not promise a particular legal result.

GameBank does not send email addresses, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, names, dates of birth, street addresses, bank information, income, employer, or IP addresses to Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity.

Cookies and browser storage

Sites and outside services may use cookies, browser storage, request identifiers, or similar tools for security, sessions, performance, analytics, or the provider integration.

Copying an applicant’s email, or the last four SSN digits, into localStorage, sessionStorage, or the page address is not something the short form is built to do. A service you reach in the provider flow may set its own cookies. Those cookies are that service’s, not this policy’s.

If you opt out, this browser stores that fact under the name cashpath_privacy_optout. The stored value is only the opt-out flag. It does not include an email address, SSN, loan amount, or other application information. When advertising storage is on, Microsoft may set _uetsid, _uetvid, and _uetmsclkid. The click id from the landing address may also stay in session storage for the browsing session.

Service providers and participating providers

Outside firms may host the site, secure it, keep pages working, supply referral tools, or carry the request to participating providers. GameBank can pass along what those firms need in order to move a request forward.

A participating provider may then review information under its own eligibility, verification, underwriting, fraud, and compliance processes. GameBank does not control what that provider decides it needs or how long it keeps information.

How long information is kept

GameBank keeps information according to the system and the purpose involved. The application backend is not designed to keep the short-form loan-request values after they are handed to the third-party provider flow.

Ordinary technical records, security information, or email you send GameBank may be kept for a period tied to running the site, troubleshooting, security, answering requests, or a legal duty. Independent providers and other services set their own retention schedules.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have choices such as access, correction, deletion, or a particular opt-out. GameBank does not assume the same rights exist in every jurisdiction.

To make a GameBank-related privacy request, email contact@gamebank.biz. GameBank may need enough detail to understand the request and to check, reasonably, that it is about you. Do not send an SSN or a sensitive loan application just to verify a privacy request.

See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information for how to use the in-browser advertising-storage opt-out where it applies. That control covers Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics advertising features, and Microsoft Clarity advertising storage. If this browser sends Global Privacy Control, GameBank treats that signal as the same opt-out. You can also email contact@gamebank.biz.

Information GameBank cannot reach

GameBank cannot delete, correct, or retrieve a file that sits only with a provider or with some other outside company. For an application, account, or record that provider keeps, contact that provider. Its privacy notice should say how.

Security

GameBank uses reasonable technical and organizational measures for the website it operates. No internet transmission, browser, website, or network can be promised to be perfectly secure. Be careful about sensitive details in ordinary email, and confirm the identity of any company that asks for financial or identity information.

Other websites

GameBank pages may link to or connect with independent services. Their privacy practices can differ. A link or integration does not mean GameBank controls that company’s practices. Read the notice that provider or service shows you before you give it information.

Updates

GameBank may revise this policy when the site, integrations, business, or legal duties change. The revised notice, including its date, replaces the older one on this URL.
