Rights depend on the situation
What you can ask for depends on where you live, the information involved, who controls it, and which law applies. Where the law provides it, a person may be able to ask for access, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information that qualifies, details about categories of processing or disclosure, or an opt-out from activity the law defines as a sale or sharing. Not every right applies every time.
Email a request to GameBank
Write to contact@gamebank.biz and describe the privacy choice you want. Leave out your Social Security number, any full application, bank passwords, sign-in credentials, and similar sensitive application details. GameBank may ask a short follow-up when it needs a clearer picture of what you are asking.
Checking that the request is yours
Statutes sometimes let, or require, an organization to confirm the request belongs to the person it concerns. Any check should fit the sensitivity of the information. GameBank will not ask you to email an SSN just to make an ordinary privacy request about the website. When a reasonable identity check cannot be completed, privacy law may allow GameBank to narrow its reply.
Authorized agents
Where the law lets an authorized agent submit a request for someone else, GameBank may ask for what it reasonably needs to confirm the agent’s authority and to protect the person from an unauthorized request. Those requirements can vary by statute.
Data that already left for the provider flow
The short form is built to pass supported request values into the LeadsGate and provider flow, not to store those values in GameBank’s application backend. After LeadsGate, a participating provider, or another independent service controls the information, GameBank may have no technical or legal ability to access, delete, correct, or opt that information out for you. A request about information only a provider holds should go to that provider.
Sale, sharing, and the browser opt-out
Some state privacy laws define “sell,” “sale,” “share,” or “sharing” in ways that are broader than selling a mailing list for cash. If you believe an opt-out right applies to GameBank, email contact@gamebank.biz and name the opt-out you want. GameBank will consider the request under the law that applies and the activities it actually controls.
You can also opt this browser out without email. The button on this page saves that choice in this browser and sets advertising storage to denied for Microsoft Advertising (UET tag 187281961), Google Analytics 4 (G-SEJ99K4NR4), and Microsoft Clarity (yzkxe60x8v). The same opt-out applies when this browser sends Global Privacy Control, and when you use the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer. Session measurement may continue as the Privacy Policy describes. This control does not delete information held by LeadsGate or a participating provider. GameBank is a request and referral service, not a lender.
No unlawful penalty for asking
Where the law gives this protection, GameBank will not unlawfully discriminate against someone solely for using an applicable privacy right. That protection does not require GameBank or an independent provider to offer a financial product or to change eligibility rules. Credit decisions remain the provider’s.
Provider files
A provider is a separate organization. GameBank cannot promise to exercise privacy rights for you against that company. Use the provider’s privacy notice or contact path for information it controls.
