Scope
This notice is about electronic communications tied to gamebank.biz and the GameBank website. It does not replace a provider’s consent, disclosures, or agreement. If a provider needs electronic consent for required disclosures, signatures, account documents, or transaction messages, it may present its own E-Consent. Those provider terms control that relationship.
Communications that may be electronic
If you use GameBank online, you understand that site information and some GameBank messages may be delivered electronically. That can include notices on the site, privacy or terms pages, and replies to email you send GameBank. Where a law requires an extra consent step before a particular record may be delivered electronically, that step still has to happen.
Keeping a copy
Something you view on a screen can still be a record worth saving. You should be able to download, save, screenshot, or print important pages. If you continue with a provider, keep that company’s disclosures and agreement. GameBank cannot recreate a provider document that only the provider holds.
Electronic actions are not automatically a loan
An electronic action can have legal effect when the applicable rules are met. Clicking, checking a box, or typing information can mean different things depending on what that provider or transaction says. Visiting GameBank does not by itself create a loan agreement. A provider agreement should name the action that counts as acceptance.
What you need in order to read electronic notices
To use GameBank and read electronic communications, you generally need a computer, phone, or tablet with internet access, a reasonably current browser, and the ability to view ordinary web pages. You may also need an email account if a message is sent by email, and a way to save or print if you want a copy. A provider may require something different and should say so in its own E-Consent or disclosures.
Contact details go stale
If a provider uses your email or another contact method for legally significant messages, keep that information current with the provider, using its instructions. Emailing GameBank does not update your address inside an independent provider’s system. For a message about the GameBank website, you can write to contact@gamebank.biz.
Paper copies
Whether a paper copy of a provider document is available, and whether it costs anything, is up to that provider and the rules that apply. Use the instructions in the provider’s own E-Consent or agreement. You can usually print or save a public GameBank page from your browser.
Withdrawing consent
Where a statute or the contract lets you take back consent for electronic records, that company sets the steps, and the effect depends on the product. A provider may explain whether withdrawal changes electronic delivery or your ability to finish an online step. To withdraw or change consent for a provider transaction, follow that provider’s instructions. For a question about communications GameBank itself sends, email contact@gamebank.biz.
A provider’s E-Consent stands on its own
GameBank’s electronic-communications notice does not replace a separate E-Consent from a participating provider. A provider may have legal duties that do not apply in the same way to a referral website. Read the provider’s consent before you agree to it.
