GameBank publishes website information and an entry point where a consumer can start a request that may continue to a participating provider. GameBank does not lend money, open a credit account, approve or decline credit, service a loan, or collect payments under a provider’s contract. The site being online does not mean a financial product is available to every visitor.

Credit decisions are not made here, and GameBank is not a lender. Whether a request is reviewed, paused for documents, answered with an offer, or stopped is up to the participating provider. GameBank does not set an offered amount, interest rate, APR, finance charge, fee, term, payment schedule, or any other price term.

Sending information through GameBank does not promise a provider match, an application approval, an offer, the amount you requested, a particular APR, a particular fee structure, funding, or a funding date. A provider may decline or may show terms that differ from what you hoped for.

You decide whether any provider offer in front of you is appropriate.

If you continue with a participating provider, read its disclosures and agreement. Those documents control the amount, APR, fees, payment schedule, repayment duties, default consequences, and other terms. GameBank’s general pages cannot replace the disclosures that apply to that product.

Tell the truth as you know it. Never pretend to be another person, borrow someone’s identity without permission, send information you know is false, or use the site to commit fraud or another crime. A provider may verify information on its own.

An available offer is not an instruction to borrow. Before you accept, review the APR, fees, repayment terms, scheduled payment, payment frequency, total repayment, and the late-payment section. Rates & Fees and Responsible Lending are general explainers, not a quote for your file.

Articles on GameBank are general. They are not personal advice about money, investments, credit, law, accounting, or taxes. Two visitors can face different facts, and a public page cannot tell you whether to borrow.

GameBank may rely on or link to independent services, including technology in the provider request process. Those companies have their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, and security practices. GameBank does not control every action an independent provider or service takes.

GameBank may receive advertising or referral compensation tied to participating-provider activity. That compensation may affect which opportunities are available through the service. GameBank does not represent every provider or product on the market. See the Advertiser Disclosure.

The GameBank name, site design, original text, graphics, and other materials GameBank creates are protected to the extent intellectual-property law provides. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or exploit GameBank content in a way that breaks the law or GameBank’s rights.

Do not disrupt gamebank.biz, plant malware, evade a safeguard, enter a system you are not allowed to use, script abusive traffic, trade on someone else’s identity, or involve GameBank in fraud or another illegal scheme. GameBank may limit access when that is reasonably needed to protect the site, visitors, integrations, or other people.

GameBank may change, pause, or remove features. It does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every third-party integration will stay up. A temporary site problem does not rewrite a separate contract you signed directly with a provider.

GameBank tries to be clear, but terminology, provider practices, integrations, laws, and the site itself change. If a GameBank page conflicts with the terms of a provider offer, the provider’s disclosures and agreement control that transaction.

To the extent the law allows, the website and its general content are provided without a promise that the site will meet every visitor’s needs or produce a particular financial result. These terms do not guarantee approval, provider availability, or funding.

To the extent the law allows, GameBank is not responsible for an independent provider’s decisions, agreements, products, servicing, data practices, or conduct merely because a visitor reached that provider through the GameBank request flow. Nothing here is meant to limit a right or remedy that the law says cannot be limited.

GameBank may update these terms as the site changes. The current version will be posted here with a revised date when appropriate. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then posted, to the extent the law allows.
